At Hopewell Legacy Group, faith shapes how we think about planning.

We believe wealth and leadership are not merely assets to be managed, but responsibilities to be stewarded wisely. That conviction informs every aspect of our work—from how we structure plans to how we walk alongside clients over time.

This perspective leads us to prioritize:

• Wisdom over urgency

• Discernment over assumption

• Long-term faithfulness over short-term outcomes

Our clients appreciate an approach that is principled, thoughtful, and grounded—one that brings calm clarity to inherently complex decisions.

Clients choose Hopewell because they want:

Strength in planning, not stress in execution

Sophisticated thinking, not rushed decisions

A calm, personal advisor, not an impersonal institution

Our work begins with listening. We take time to understand your business, your family dynamics, and the outcomes that matter most. From that foundation, we craft plans that are durable, clear, and aligned with your long-term vision.

Our clients value the warmth and intentionality we bring to every conversation — the sense that they are being heard, understood, and guided by advisors who care as much about their legacy as they do.

Whether you’re preparing for a business transition, structuring your estate for future generations, or shaping a family legacy that reflects your personal values, Hopewell Legacy Group is here to bring calm, clarity, and enduring strategy to what’s often the most important work of your life.

Leadership

Neal Rice is the founder of Hopewell Legacy Group and a trusted advisor to business owners and families navigating complex legacy, estate, and succession planning. Raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania—a region shaped by entrepreneurship and family-owned businesses—Neal developed an early appreciation for the long view, personal responsibility, and continuity across generations. His work today reflects those same principles: thoughtful planning, disciplined strategy, and structures designed to endure.

After college, Neal was accepted into the United States Army Officer Candidate School and completed four years of active-duty service as an Army Officer, including a fifteen-month deployment as an Infantry Platoon Leader in Baghdad, Iraq. That experience continues to shape his approach to advisory work—measured, calm under pressure, and deeply attentive to the people affected by every decision. Clients value Neal’s discretion, careful listening, and ability to bring clarity to complex situations, particularly when planning requires both strategic insight and personal judgment.
